Delivery & Handling Information
1. Same-Day & Express Regional Deliver
We are pleased to offer same-day and next-day delivery on select furniture items for local postcodes across Greater London. All items are carefully wrapped and packed during transport to guarantee maximum protection in transit.
- Delivery Confirmation: On your scheduled delivery day, our dispatch team will call you to confirm your specific 2- to 3-hour arrival window.
- Direct Communication: Our dispatch department remains in direct contact with driver teams throughout the day to monitor progress and keep you updated via phone or SMS.
- Experienced Team: Our logistics crew is highly experienced in handling large furniture items safely and efficiently.
2. Planning Your Delivery
We respect your time and aim to make receiving your order as simple as possible without requiring you to wait around all day.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose your preferred available delivery date during checkout. You can also provide a designated call-ahead contact number for real-time updates.
- Free Rescheduling: If you are unable to receive your delivery during the notified time frame, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule your delivery date free of charge.
3. Delivery Hours & Guidelines
Standard delivery runs between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. While we make every effort to remain strictly on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as heavy traffic, road closures, or severe weather. Our team will contact you promptly should any delay arise.
Note: Please double-check that your phone number and contact details are accurate at checkout. Missing or incorrect details may lead to unexpected delivery delays.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you hold the legal right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.
4. Floor Access & Handling Charges
If your building has a fully functioning service elevator/lift that accommodates your purchased items, no stair handling charges apply.
For properties without lift access where items must be carried up stairs manually, the following standard handling fees apply per floor:
- Beds: First floor delivery is free. A £10 fee per subsequent floor applies thereafter.
- Mattresses: First floor delivery is free. A £10 fee per subsequent floor applies thereafter. (If ordered together with a bed frame, the combined stair handling fee remains £10 per floor above the first floor).
- Wardrobes: Ground floor delivery is free. A £10 fee per subsequent floor applies thereafter.
- Sofas & Seating: Ground floor delivery is free. A £15 fee per subsequent floor applies thereafter.
Please note: Handling charges are separate from standard postage or delivery shipping rates.
